    Fiido D2s controller wiring

With no display? Are you sure that works? And with no PAS sensor, as well? When I was troubleshooting this controller, I found that the only thing I could leave disconnected were the brake sensors. Everything else needed to be in good working order... And the display has a key role in that...

Claude butler electric bike glide 2

There are usually 3 positions to the key: 3 - locked, with power ON; 2 - locked, with power OFF; 1 - unlocked, with power OFF. Are you sure yours isn't in "position 2"? Have you rotated the key "completely"? Edit: found a picture online:

    Fiido D2s controller wiring

Thanks for all the help in this topic. The error was in fact in the throttle. The curious thing is that leaving it disconnected gave the error code (I would also assume it wouldn't). Anyway, the bike works. With the throttle at least, I still didn't manage to get the PAS to work :D

    Fiido D2s controller wiring

I managed to solve this issue. LEDs flashing 5 times -> throttle error ("top tube" = "handlebar" = "throttle"). The hall sensor was faulty, replaced it ( reference 49E) and the problem was solved.

    Greetings from Munich, Germany

Hello. There are some topics around about Fiido ebikes. I happen to have a D2S myself (not the bike, but the electronics). How many times do the LEDs flash? Edit: here is, in one of the topics, a post with the connections...

    Fiido D2s controller wiring

I managed to obtain the wiring information from Fiido technical support. They were very helpful, thumbs up for them! :) Battery wires (easy one): Motor phase/Hall sensor (also easy) Horn/Light switch (red/yellow/green to orange/green/white), headlight/horn (black/yellow/red to...

    Calibre Bossnut with Tongsheng TSDZ2

Great. I'm eager to get my hands on one of those kits. How's the ride? I like that battery case, it looks like it was made specifically for that frame. But... Won't you have a problem securing it upside down? Will it hold?

Yamaha PW-SE will not power on

Do you have access to the bike documentation? Those seem to be error codes of some sort (error 88 and error 12).

    Fiido D2s controller wiring

In the manufacturer's defense, the plugs had the wires placed differently from one another. I switched a couple of wires in one of the plugs in order align them with my PAS sensor. But yes, a male and female set would be better, I tottaly agree.

    Fiido D2s controller wiring

Thanks for the reply. Here goes the rest of the wiring: So I'm leaving the orange connectors alone, maybe I'll use them in the future for a voltage display of some sort... My question now is what can be causing the error code in the controller? And I'm thinking about the headlight (and horn)...

Tsdz2 gearing on a fat bike

Nice work. Did you find necessary to place a 'roller bearing' at the end of the freewheel, to prevent (or help to prevent) the 'axis' from flexing?
