Bafang bbs02b 48v 750w shows 26w when I press the throttle or when I pedal

Hi everyone, my kit stopped working suddenly the screen works fine but the pas and throttle works randomly I’ve checked all the cables they looks fine when I press the throttle it shows on the screen 26w and nothing . I don’t know much about it so I’m a bit lost
