Even on my pro connect there is some drag with motor off:eek: but with my limited experience of all 6 electric bikes i would say the panasonic motors seemed to me the best so far. Nigel.:D

thanx flecc:D thats just the job next 2 new marathons tyres and a good clean up. It will be strange to use a throttle again the Torq is a very different animal to the pro connect. Nigel.:)

Hi guys i feel a bit dumb having to even ask this question:confused: but i want to change the saddle on my torq from suspension to a rigid seat post but i have taken the bracket from underneath the saddle the bracket has a nut on each end i know it fits somehow on the 2 rails...

I also now own a second electric bike yes i gone back to a torq 1 for extra speed 22mph:D but its of road for a while as it needs a few things sorting out so in the mean time i will be still riding my pro connect:) . Would i ever buy another electric bike yes but it would need to be 20mph of...

Hi my local bike shop changed my pro connect to a 18 tooth sprocket but while i have gained a few mph with hindsight i think i should have left it as it was with a larger sprocket it was more nippy through the gears and a better ride however thats just my opinion nigel.

In southampton i also see more electric bikes around lots of powacycles and powabykes not many kalkhoffs :D nigel.

My wish for my pro connect would have been black as the main colour but with some red as well. 1 colour can look a bit plain.nigel.:)

I wonder if kallkoff have ever considered a regen system i suppose it might not work on the panasonic system and then of course how much would it inflate the price.:) nigel.

We are often asked about extra speed, however there is a direst correlation between speed and hill climbing ability and most people are happy with our and other manufacturers current set ups. Of course we can all tweak our bikes a little but inly by a couple of MPH or so...
