Yeah Halfords said they have tried all that, but some one else on here says it's in the bottom of the battery cage located underneath the 2 pins, it's a Halfords brand bike too?? Will telephone them today thanks

The battery is working fine they have tested it on another bike, They have tested the battery that works fine as well as the handle bar display and the bike still won't function, it's crazy they can't find it as it's Halfords own brand

No idea but they've had it for nearly 2 weeks, is it in the battery cage?
