After reading lots of reports, blogs and watching a quite a bit of YouTube, I'm coming to the conclusion that I want a Rear BMC V2-S 600W High-Speed hub motor. The only question is where the buy it from? Is there anyone in the UK importing and retailing these things?

Does anyone have decent FAQ or summary of hub motors? I mean there are several different motor manufactures (Cute, BMC, MAC, eZee, Bafang etc...) some geared, some direct drive, some freewheel some don't, there are different power specs and different RPMs designed for different sized wheels...
