Im quite new to all this. The scooter did need to be pushed before the throttle worked. I forgot to mention that the wires from the ebike wheel had an extra white thin cable which i didnt know where to connect so left it unconnected. All 3 phase wires and 5 hall wires are all connected...

Thats what i was expecting also.. but only got 3 out of the 36 combinations. All 3 needed the wheel to be spun in the opposite direction to react with the throttle in the correct direction
