octopus

I am trying to help a lady with a dead charger for a 24v bike, the only information that I have from her is that it says Octopus CEPV on it, I have attached pictures, I wonder if anybody knows of anything compatible out there, I guess I could buy a generic 24v charger and butcher the leads but...
