Hi.

I have a customised E-bike with a 1000W power output and 48v 14.5Ah battery. Could anyone provide me the whole process how to make it road legal in any possible way. I would like to use it without worrying about when the police will pull me over. I'm open for any solution. Thank you

What motor do you have on the bike ?
If it is marked greater then 250w it will never be legal unless you licence it as a light moped.

Coming back to this one you need to tell us which motor/kit you have or show us a pic, if the motor is a high wattage crank drive or direct drive or geared hub then they will never conform to eapc regs.
Registering is easier if a bike has a cert of conformity if not you will have many hurdles to get over trying to get one legalised esp a diy kit bike.

How you ride may determine if you are stopped, riding at ease at a good lick may register interest but if you are pedalling and working at it most likely not. Not pedalling and using a throttle is asking for it if you do this.
