104bcd 46t chain ring bash guard

I’m trying to locate the above but unable to find one why are they so hard ? Can a fit a 48t as these seem available but not sure if they will fit

gone for quality over cheap found a place in states called big bash guards custom made design so just ordered one from there around $30 plus ups delivery
