2016? Carerra crossfire

Hi, I am no spring chicken but I am loving the electric bike I have recently been given but have no instructions with it. I have googled and watched YouTube but still need instructions on how to reset the trip log and general maintenance etc. It is a carerra crossfire 18” ladies electric bike. I think it might be 2016 -the one with a squirrel etc to display how much assistance you are getting. Has anyone got an instruction manual to help me please?
