Hi all

As you may know, there are many different types of 26" wheel size. We would like to do a survey to find out which type of 26" wheel is most common so that we can offer the right wheel sizes for eBike conversions

We sell 650C 26" wheel size (571mm rim diameter)

- 650 (597mm)
- 650A (590mm)
- 650B (584mm)
- 26X2 (559mm)

More details in below image

Please vote to let us know which 26" wheel size you think is most common and that we should sell. You can select two sizes if you think there are two that are equally important.

I have 3 bikes and 4 spare wheels, all are 26/571 along with my Cyclotricity front hub wheel which is over three years old.
All MTB and a mixture of V brakes and discs.

Same from me 26/559, but I couldn't claim it to be the most popular, I've really no idea which ones are.

Hi Oliver, not sure if you remember me but I bought a Panda Pro Rear wheel Kit just before Christmas which I have just got round to fitting. At the time I was unaware that there was more than one 26" wheel size, as far as I knew a 26" wheel was a 26" wheel. In anticipation of fitting the kit, I had previously bought two new tyres for the bike of the same size that it had fitted originally, that is 26 X 1.75 (47-559) so I was slightly worried when I read that your supplied size was 650c. However as I had the tyres anyway I thought I would see if it was possible to fit them and I'm happy to say that they went on to your rim easily and as far as I can see they fit perfectly. As for your poll, I would have thought that as conversion kits are normally fitted to older bikes it would be better to supply the earlier rim size of 26 X 2, especially as tyres for this size are plentiful and cheap. Kind regards, John.
