Hi,

I crashed on my raleigh access electric folding bike. Consequently, I now need a new 36v hub motor for my electric bike. I just want the 36v hub motor not the full conversion kit. Anyone know where i can get one from?

Is your controller for sensored motors (8 or nine wires) or sensorless (3 wires)?
What size wheels do you have?
How much speed do you want?
Do you need a front or rear motor?

Is the motor damaged, or just the wheel? A rebuild would be a lot cheaper & easier if you are happy with what you already have.

Hi Dave,

You installed the e-bike kit for me last year in bristol remember? i have the raleigh access folding bike. It has 20 inch wheels. I need a 36v front hub motor. I do not mind about the speed.

Hi Mike,

The hub motor is the only thing damaged now. I had to buy a new fork as that was damaged. The wheel is fine. How much would a rebuild cost?

Can you show us a photo of the motor and another that shows the damage?

Confused. If the hub motor is the broken bit, why would you want a rebuild?

As Dave says, a photo would help.
