48v 10ah ebike battery review

Hi all just bought battery below from eBay.got to say I'm not impressed with the power output compared to my previous Chinese vpower one.
I have a red amber green indicator on handle bars and within a minute or so the green goes out.i get 9 miles out of a charge .my old v power battery although 15ah could get 20 miles with plenty of power left.on the plus side it's light easy to remove .apart from that I wouldn't buy it again.
Just in case anyone was thinking of buying one I wouldn't bother.

What motor do you have and how many amps through your controller?

I've got a1000watt front hub motor. Not sure about the controller. Just my opinion on comparing the two batteries.
I used to go full throttle on my old batteries 30 mph.
New battery to preserve power 20-24 mph.

That battery is not suitable for 1000w. That's normally at least 25 amps at 48v. It's only rated at 10 amps. Horses for courses. It's more suited to over-volting a 250w system with a 12 to 15 amp controller.

I have that exact same battery on a 500w motor and am more than happy with it, 13miles flat out and 25+ with me peddling
