just to right of restaurant road disappears reaching 16%
looking back along the 50mph rd,but not today as there was a strong headwind limiting me to 46mph
the trusty stead with dunsop bridge in the distance
looking back towards waddington fell
road left towards jeffrey hill with 24% gradient and right towards the trough of bowland
the start of the 24% gradient
looking back at the first part of the climb
waddington fell in the clouds
a little closer,road goes to right of mast

hi,
congratulations on breaking the 50mph speed barrier that's very impressive!
On my route home from work I go down Pilton hill (famous for the Glastonbury Festival) where I have been trying very hard to break the 40mph limit.
Twice now my speedo has indicated 39.9mph!!
The problem is my Bearprint New City 505 Ebike's top 6th gear isn't large enough and I just cannot pedal any faster.
One day I hope to reach 40mph.
Maybe down your special hill my bike could manage 50mph?
I would have to do it purely by coasting as my gears are not high enough.

You are completely mad of course, my max speed to date is a tad over 40 mph before I lost my bottle and I don't mean water bottle
