Knowing Indian kit, it's probably on 27mhz:

I can see it now... Flecc, on a test ride, halfway up Sanderstead Hill & the damn thing starts folding - unfolding - folding - unfolding......

Comes the cry " Dad! - my toy car's broke".

Yeah, the remote control bit is funny, maybe they intend it as a toy?
very short wheelbase and v.heavy looking lead-acid batteries too, no wonder it's got scooter tyres on, prob needed to carry all the weight :-D
Reminds me of DiBlasi folding bike & trike.
I once saw a Japan manufacturers patent that looked like it used same screw rack method to convert from upright to recumbent on the fly!
