Bafang rear motor tuning / spintech C2 computer hack

I have a Volt bike with a C2 controller and rear wheel motor (same computer is also on a Blix / Ecoride / Velectrix bikes).

Anyone have any idea how to remove the speed restrictions? The cable to the computer is 6 pin so the current USB adapters on the internet won't work.
I'm reliably informed a set of correct keypresses will get you into the secret menu but I am yet to work this out.

Often having switched on one can hold the up/down buttons at the same time for about 10 secs, then a quick press of the on/off to toggle the menu. Using up or down to change values.

Thanks for the reply but that doesn't work. Shame as I'm really happy with the bike apart from the top speed.
