Guys and Gals,

If you have read any of my posts you may have picked up my frame is too big for me. I found my seat was way higher than my bars giving me a very forward inclined riding position. I originally used an adjustable stem extender. With the extender at the maximum uplift it improved my riding position. I've now bought one of these: and refitted the original stem. It's improved my riding position and fit even better. I've read loads of negative reports on such devices and found out that the reports are *******. The stem extender I bought has M5 allen cap screws and if you tighten everything up with a torque wrench to 8 nm, its no different than without the extender. I'm very happy with the fit as it's made my bars about 75 mm higher.
