Help! basis beacon

have been riding my basis beacon for last 6 months to.work and back and have now started using it on some.of the dirt tracks round my area and am looking to de strict it's it possible to do the controller is a rohs don't know what other information is needed have spoken to e bike direct who I bought it from and they say it can't be done

Best place to start would be getting the unlock password for the controller to change the max speed.
