Battery Saddlebag

In search of a saddlebag for my 8.25Ah 30V battery I have run across this waterproof one from Topeak, which also includes rigid foam as a liner, and seems to offer some protection for when I fall off.

How big is your battery? I'd be a little concerned it might not fit. One I found when looking (before going with the Apidura) is the Lezyne Caddy Saddle Bag in extra large - here also at CRC.

My battery does fit in a medium size Halfords bag 11 x 11 x 18cm from thr £7.00 toolkit at present, with wires.

The ones I highlighted some in M and L sizes, and from the reviews people seem to find them generous.

Anyhoo I have requested 3 different models on Halfords Click and Collect to try them all out . The others will go back.

I might get a bit of stick from the guys, but they have had £1000+ of my money in the last year so I should be alright as long as I buy one of them.

I wouldn't want a Lezyne branded anything on view as it might be a thief magnet.
