Hey,
Offering my new BBSHD up to my frame and my chain line is in line with the 3rd smallest cassette gear of 11. I can improve this a bit by dremmeling a couple of MM of the back of the main gear casing, see the area marked with pencil lines below. I could do with that couple of mm the other side to get the locknut on too.

Has anyone else done this? It seems plenty thick enough.
Next question, what is the ring of M4 threaded holes for? Is it for a chain guard or something? I’m thinking I could put a bracket on the one closest to the pencil mark to rest against the chainstay and prevent the motor rotating/sagging.
Final question, I could also put an anti-rotation bracket on the front of the motor as the frame has two rivnuts on the underside of the bottom tube just ahead of the bottom bracket. Thinking I could bolt a U shaped bracket to these two M5 bolts which are directly below the rivnut.
