Bike options for quick purchase.

I am looking to purchase a bike this week ready for a trip next week. After a little research, I am looking for an electric touring type I think and would prefer to keep costs as low as possible, probably around £1k. I would use it on roads, around town and on canal paths. I like a more upright seating position and on my wish list are: step through or low step frame, disk brakes, crank drive motor, rack, panniers, mudguards and front suspension. I am 1.6m tall so probably looking at a smallish frame but prefer larger wheels.

Any suggestions on makes and models that are in stock now?

may I suggest the new Woosh Petite or Santana 3?
The Petite would suit riders weighing 15st or under, the Santana3 has a larger motor, there is no weight limit. Both can be ridden by smaller riders, 5ft3 or there about. Both are in stock for immediate delivery.
