Bosch inutiva not showing 0.0 speed when turned on

Hello,

I have a similar but not exactly the same problem that is mentioned in this Youtube troubleshoot guide. The difference between my problem and the one in the video is that if I push the battery button, the display turns on (this means the communication between battery and the display works). When I turn on the display:

1. It does not show 0.0 speed (just like in the video, see the attached picture)
2. There is no motor assist
3. I am able to shuffle through different speed alternatives (eco - turbo) but there is no assist
4. I have reset the battery
5. If i push the battery button, the display turns on (different from the video situation where it does not turn on)
6. I have cleaned all the display contacts and also the battery contact

Has anyone ever encountered a similar problem? I would appreciate any help.
