Anyone know where I`m able to buy a metal chain wheel retaining nut to replace the plastic Bosch one please?

Hi there,

The Metal Bosch spider lock nut was used on the 2011/2012 system.
It was replaced with the plastic ring as Bosch found users applying too much torque on the ring. You only need the plastic one, if removed/fitted correctly using the Bosch spider tool it will remain un-damaged through its entire life.

It only gets damaged when users try to take it off without the correct tool (hammer and screwdriver).

But of course I can add a metal ring to my next Bosch order for you.
But I would suggest a new plastic lock ring and official tool.
Both of which I have here in stock.

If as you say the metal nut has been superseded by the plastic one,I shall not be looking to replace mine.
