Heres a question for a Bosch specialist.
I see that Bosch dealers now have the ability to alter the torque profile to compliment shorter cranks.
As I use shortened crank arms due to my arthritic knees so I'm now wondering if I'm missing out, can my active line plus motor (2018) have its software altered aswell.
The quote below is taken from the CX page of Bosch's website.
"Whether you have long or short cranks, Bosch provides the right support, according to the torque. Short cranks give you extra ground clearance for eMountain Biking. Your specialist dealer will be able to make the corresponding adjustment."
