Hi,

Anybody got any idea about how brakes with cutoff switches and a throttle might look for drop handlebars. Do such things exist and if so, where would one get them? To be honest, I can't really envisage how the throttle would look? I guess an on/off switch might be OK, just go everywhere at full speed :)

Cheers, BM.

The brakes wouldn't be a problem as long as the finger reach is long enough, so that would have to be checked. as it would be quite a long reach wit the standard items. I don't think anyone makes shaped cutout levers for drops.

The throttle operation would be awkward though, and some drop handlebars would not have a long enough straight section to take the whole twistgrip length. A trigger or lever operated throttle might be better if obtainable, but again the geometry would need checking.
