Most people rate the Bosch system highly, but I'm baffled by the assistance levels.
The linked document gives a table showing three levels and four modes, giving a choice of 12 settings.
As an example, Speed 1, Tour 2, and Eco 3 are all within a few percent assistance-wise on the table, but presumably are not so similar on the road.
The Bosch system has torque, speed and cadence sensors, so there's plenty of info going in.
I'm guessing assistance is delivered in a different way in Eco, Tour, Sport and Speed.
I might be buying a Bosch bike, so any help appreciated.
