My wife has a Carerra Vengeance ebike (bought in 2020 I believe), it wasn't used for a long time and now the battery won't charge or turn on. We took it to halfords who kept it for a few days and condemned the battery as expected, but they want just over £500 for a new battery which seems steep given that the capacity of the batteries are quite low too (I believe about 9ah).
It's a 6 pin battery and I can't seem to find any cheaper options out there as far as I can tell. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I could get an alternative battery, or am I just going to have tp suck it up and get the battery from halfords?
