Whilst waiting for the parts for my build its going to be a few days before they arrive
I started looking at the pile of unused bits motor wheels etc and look what fell into my lap was only 2 min away

The only bits left will be the frame forks seat post pedals and handlebar's the wheels are 29er now 9speed every bit has been leftover from previous builds

The bottom bracket meets angle grinder chain line now good in all 9 gears

Triangle battery pack in luna cycles bag done reinforced with 20mm plastic conduit with dowel glued inside

hydraulic brakes 203 mm discs done, cut out on rear only

It is getting there will be finished before all the bits arrive for the zebop build

Test ride went ok needs to go on the laptop keep current etc
Will need to sell it to fund the zobop build
The luna bag works now the battery weight is suspended from the frame the 27ah triangle battery and the 350watt should be a good combination

Its a beast - a lot of hard work I can only imagine, far too fast for me though - good luck with the Zobop build!

Peter, don't forget to allow for the larger gear housing on the HD, 67mm min. from centre of BB to chain stay, or you will need more than asprin to crush the pain
