Changing bottom bracket bearings in a kahlkoff impulse motor?

Hi Folks,

I have a Kahlkoff pedelec that has play in the crank arms .

Were it a regular bike i'd assume the BB had gone and would replace.

However as you know it has an impulse motor down there .

Is it possible for me to open the motor and replace the bottom bracket bearings in there ?Could be the pawls too maybe , are they replaceable ?

You're the first I've seen ask about replacing the bearings, if they're a standard size and you're competent I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to replace them. The freewheel may not be available to buy though.
