Derestricting the eZee motor/controller for more speed?

Hi all, got my eZee kit working in the end (50cycles didn't help but an electrical engineer at work found the fault).
I can usually cycle at 18 to 20mph to work (flat) and so I need a higher assistance speed (after all it is off-road). I find it's a bit slow at 15mph and I read on the web that it can be de-restricted. Anyone know how I do this?
I note also that the new eZee system has disc brakes and a controller that works to 60 volts (40km/h) - now that's more like it - are these available in the UK?
