Dodgy ebay listing?

Anyone missing a Kalkhoff Sahel?
Found this on ebay:

Short worded listings always make me suspicious so I thought I'd ask a few questions.

When I asked if the bike had a battery I got a quick, short reply: "No battery or charger".
When I enquired further if they had the battery lock keys I got a reply a few hours later: "No key"

Could be genuine but looks a bit fishy to me, especially as there's no explanation as to why the mudguards, lights and rack have been removed.

There's a kalkhoffusa.com sticker on the seat stay which suggests the bike was first sold in America.

It certainly has a story to tell which I doubt is entirely straightforward.
