Does this controller take a throttle?

The PAS delay is bad on this controller, can this take a throttle? Couple pics of the controller and wires attached

That's a throttle connector, but there's no guarantee that then throttle will be instant. You'll have ti try it.

The green red and white? Good point, but cheap enough to try. Are they universal or do i need to look out for the right connector?

Green red and black.

No, these days you're more likely to get the small black connector, though you might be lucky. Even if you get the right connector, you might have to swap the pins around. You must go black to black, red to red and third wire to third wire. To test, you can cut off the connectors and twist the wires together.
