E22 on carrera vulvan electric bike

Hi everyone.

Just joined this today I have an era message on my electric carrera vulcan e bike. It says era 22. The electric is just flat out not working atall. So something must be seriously wrong. I have had nothing but problems with this bike. Now Its in warranty but I snapped my break when I fell off. But will. It still be covered as its and electrical issue? . Appriciate any help and advise. Thanks in advance

Take it back to Halfrauds, E22 often more then not is used for battery BMS comm's fault. They will have to replace the battery.
Don't be fobbed off and simply tell then the BMS is unserviceable.

E22 is battery overheating - nothing to do with any fall. Most likely a faulty sensor.
