If a cell goes bad then BMS won't stop that happening, you would have to trust them to be honest other wise they could easily get a good working BMS and nice case for recelling and selling on again quite cheaply. As we know Bosch BMS can't be had and needs to be kept live to kept form bricking.
As you mention no feed back with Jimmy you know exactly where you stand.

They only say "diagnose issues" not fix them. It's likely that a new battery from them will fix the problem.

Do I get this right - these Bosch batteries only last 2 or 2.5 years and failure is notified by the "4 green lights" at end of charge?

Furthermore, nobody has succeeded in re-celling them.
