Ebike controller issues

Hi my friend has a batribike which has gone wrong,
He spoke to batribike and they suggested to change the controller and the throttle
But they don't do the controller anymore, or any wiring diagrams or anything for the bike.
So I've changed the controller 36v 250w brushless controller
Had to change all the plugs as nothing connected
Bought a new throttle also.
Nothing seems to happen, throttle or pedal doesn't work.
I've got a cheap tester that plugs in-between the wheel and the controller to test the motor.
It shows the 3 motor lights blink in rotation but only if I spin the wheel backwards?
In forwards it doesn't show anything lol

The test you did gave the correct result.

It would be much better to start from the beginning. What went wrong and how did it happen? When you've told us that, you can tell us which new controller you bought.

I have managed to get there throttle to work, so have ordered a replacement pas
The controller display is an s866 the mph shows when on throttle but pedaling it doesn't move off 0?

You probably don't need a new PAS. PAS is enabled and disabled by P10 and P19. Make sure it's not working backwards. If it is, flip the magnet sisc.

P07 = 1 or 6 if your motor has a speed sensor, otherwise you need to fit a speed sensor to display speed when coasting and P07=1

Right I've tried po7 on 1 & 6 and both the speed then just shoots up to 62mpg there moment you start pedaling.
Also I had them throttle working fine a little while ago but the pas didn't work,
Now the pas works but the throttle doesn't, the throttle works if you use it the moment you stop pedaling but after a few seconds it then stops responding.
My settings are
Po1 3
Po2 1
Po3 36
Po4 5
Po5 1
Po6 26
Po7 6
Po8 100
Po9 1
Po10 2
Po11 2
Po12 5
Po13 12 pas doesn't work on 8
Po14 20
Po15 29
Po16 1
Po17 0
