eBike for 5ft2 rider, £1000-1200

Hi, as above, I'm looking for a bike to purchase under the Cycle Scheme - any recommendations for a budget bike for a shorter (male) rider?

I'll be using the bike for a 13 mile round trip commute (mainly on a cycle path along a river)

Take a look at the MiRider. I’m 5’6” and found it very comfortable and easy to ride. The naysayers mention the small battery but one magazine reviewer in the Peak District confirmed the range to be within the expectations at 29 miles.
