Hi and thanks for your time to read this post, i bought a ecoride ambassador on a police auction, it has hydrolic brakes and the only flaw is that the throttle part is missing located next to the active drive display, does anyone has a schematic or how / where to mount a (new) throttle unit? also looking at the control unit but there i couldnt see any missing connections.

any info would be awesome.

Without wasting too much time on it, it seems it's made in Poland for the Scandinavian market and uses Shimano drive system components branded as their own proprietary drive? The manual suggests it has/had a 6kph walk assist thumb-press lever, not a throttle. AFAIK, Shimano don't do throttles - which generally aren't legal in much of Europe anyway.

Given it's a quirky non-UK model with a drive system adapted for their own brand, your best bet might be to contact the manufacturer?

Maybe a bit late but, you can derestrict the thumb throttle if you disconnect the looped wire thats at your controller box. Now u can cruise @25kph
