Engwe ep-2 500w 48v error code 10

Hello everyone!

I'm having problems with error code 10 on my Engwe ep-2, I recently bought a replacement M5 lcd display unit to replace a faulty one.
The wire on the new one has two connectors where as the original only had a five pin socket, I haven't got a clue what I should do with the additional two pin plug.
Has anyone on this site come across a similar problem and arrived at a successful solution?

The additional plug is for lights, but best not to use it for them because it's crap.
