Yes I had a problem after disconnecting my controller and connected it again (after using the bike w/o electric for a weekend). I thought some hall sensor was dead and ordered new ones.
But... today when I was about to disconnect everything and disassemble the hub motor I found out that the throttle and pedelec wires was mixed up! They are very similar and it must have confused the controller so that error came when trying to use the bike! What a thrill!!
I felt like writing it here in case anyone else has some unexpected error, double-check the wiring!!
