sodium-ion battery has good commercial prospects for large energy storage because sodium has a comparatively lower cost than Lithium but I can't see it succeeding in e-bikes. The sodium batteries are as heavy as SLA batteries and nowhere near as robust.
They need a wheeled stand to support the weight of the battery on the test bike.
