Hi all - I’m looking to get my first ebike to help me do two things:
1. Commute 5 days a week (10km each way, hilly enough to be a pain) up from my 2-3 days at the minute
2. Replace all short-distance car journeys, so need to transport a) children and b) stuff. My kid is 6 and a fair rider, but not ready to go on the roads.

Love the idea of a Tern HSD or GSD but they’re overkill for what I need. Contemplating a Boardman 8.9e cos I like the look of it (and mild preference for mid-drive motor). But know the Fazua evation isn’t especially strong - would it be enough to pull a 6-year old on a Weeride up a hill? How about pulling a loaded bike trailer? I’m reasonably fit so don’t think I’d need maximum assist for the day-to-day, just when there’s an extra 30ish kg on the back...

thanks!
