The conversion is at a point of a test ride had to knock the power down and limit the speed to 15.5 mph [ got scared at 30 plus]
Looks like a wasp and it also has a sting in the tail

Yes it has a rear diff its great for traction also now turns corners

I think I would be scared at 15... Would be interesting to test with a diff though. Do you still lift the wheel when you turn?

The base was a draisin, with a diff so now no need to lift a wheel when cornering, the off road it is spirited hang on and close eyes now it has 10 inch ground clearance 250watt 18 amps 27ah battery dual voltage system

Longer ride peaking at 800+watts now with the power turned down, fast up to the cut out speed in any of the 3 gears great fun
Will have to put it on the laptop and turn down the keep current and make it only 5 power levels and a general detune
My longest build in time overall almost 5 months

Sad end to a great project.

Yes a great project but a huge lump that I could not justify to the boss [wife]
The sale price covered the cost of the frame wheels etc and labour at about 2p per hour but I learnt a bit more [priceless]
Might recoup the rest when i sell the bafang etm 36 v 20 amp motor bling ring etc and left with a huge 27ah battery
Removed the brakes and still have spare hand machined hubs rims etc could go on a recumbent trike
