Most phone calls are scams.. if I have the time I play wirh them..
Pretend to be interested and keep deviation from the subject... see how long I can jeep them on the line.. hoping they might blacklist me..

you dont wanna do that with the tv licence ppl they get ur name and confirm the address then thats joinder and a verbal contract

if you stop paying it after a while you will get a letter to the legal occupier with a reference no on it.

now using legalese talk the legal occupier means a combatant ie a enemy of the state.
