Hello,

I bought my first e-bike, ORUS E3000 (https://www.mediaexpert.pl/rowery/rower-elektryczne/rowery-elektryczne/rower-elektryczny-mtb-orus-e3000-czarny-mat). The specification is:
engine: MXUS XF08 36V 250W 700C
display: C500 (http://www.bigstone-nj.com/node/12, https://yosepower.com/products/electric-bike-lcd-display)
controller: Lishui EPAC Drive System LSW06-HLK1CFSB (LSW0768-05-01E), serial number X20110962122, produced on 11/2020, Vrated: 36V, I rated: 7A, Vcutoff: 31V, I max: 15A
battery: 36V 10.4Ah

At the moment the maximum speed of the engine is 25 km/h but I know that in this model from 2-3 years ago it was possible to set the speed up to 32 km/h (with the same engine, battery and display). In the new bikes I can set it on the display but the engine stops after reaching 25 km/h. Is it possible to program the controller so I can ride at 30-32 km/h? If not, is it possible to replace it with some other controller that would work? I would be very thankful for your help, It is very important for me, I use the bike on a private property with no speed limits.

I know that Lishui provides the soft for programming controllers but have no idea if it works with mine: https://www.lsdzs.com/ls_download/

Hi, I have similar controller. Did you find any solutions to increase the assisted speed?

Hi, unfortunately not. I tried to do it with the Eggrider display - I'm able to change the acceleration but not the maximum speed. The controller must be locked.

Hi I’ve been trying so the same only option I think and not sure if right but from what I’ve read if you cut/disconnect the thin white wire that comes from the motor to the controller unit I think this will bypass the speed restriction
I’ve not tried it yet tho I must say

Trace where the wires go, two are obvious and cutting them will only disable the speed sensor so one will not get an odo reading and the other the PAS.

The White wire adj to the thick phase wires is the motor Hall wire for the internal speed signal, this tells the odo the speed.

The thin three wire cable on the LHS, trace the wiring. Being Bl/R/Wh one expects this is the PAS cable .

Buried in the middle and hardly visible looks like it might be the display cable, if one is cutting any wire it may be this one , but one has to cut is where one can or is able to resolder/ join it/lengthen it in case it is the wrong one.

Use due diligence trace where the wires go and think carefully before cutting any as one may need to rejoin it, cut it in the wrong place or leave too short a tail then one will have issues if needing to rejoin said wire.
