Thanks for the link Raboa, at 10.2 kilos total, easily the lightest of e-bikes. For once an e-bike that can be carried up stairs by most.

But the in-wheel battery only 158 Wh, so at the average riders 12 Wh per mile that's only around 13 miles range. They claim 13 to 19 miles so they're quite honest for a change.

They claim battery good for 3000 charge cycle's, I wonder then that they are using Boston Swing cell 5300mah/13a.

That is beautiful. Not that I'm going to buy one but I'd be interested to know what weight it can carry. No info on the website.

The Hummingbird looks great BUT being carbonfibre framed it could be instantly trashed by a saw-equipped cycle thief - so much for £5.000 worth of kit!

You wouldn't chain it up. That's the beauty of it. Just carry it around like a key ring.

Well you wouldn’t use it for nipping to the supermarket I guess. I wouldn’t anyway. But I could see it as getting me to a train station that’s four or five miles from my home.
