Hi all

Have this Carrera LCD Screen belongs to a fellow member who sort help last week error 00.

I found the wires that come from controller are loose thought about just pushing them back in and sticking some epoxy to hold them in place but I think there is a loose connection wire to PCB .

They cost at least £120.00 if you can source one however the new small OLED LCD will work the bike six pin PAS .

Seems a shame to waste this so I thought to get some idears for J on maybe trying to carefully cut out the plastic expose the wires reconnect the loose ones then fix with plastic filler or Epoxy.

Thinking about a hot knife to cut plastic access the PCB or a fine hacksaw any other suggestions to get in without further damaging the unit ?
Just a small access around the wires or try and split front and back.

He will be doing it If it can be done as it not an economical repair .

Cheers
Baz

It might use heat activated glue like a phone has.
