Yes, that'll be OK. You have to change the connector, and when you do, use a meter to check polarity. Be warned, you cannot go by the colour of the wires. On chargers, they sometimes use brown for ground and blue for positive.

I'm not totally sure they are

The photo details 48v output (not that it is for a 48v nominal battery)

The eBay one is 54.6v output for a 48v nominal

Could be a case of chinglish rather than an actual issue ! What battery does the old one charge please ?
