The best thing about these KT controllers is their PAS function. Without the buttons attached to the LCD, how are you going to change power levels? If you only want throttle and no PAS, then there's cheaper controllers that do that.

You still get the 5 pas settings and functions via the app on your phone, the lcd is replaced by a dongle with the green julet connection for comms.

I thought it could be great when adjusting settings and fault finding. I have a KT-LCD2 with no access to all parameters, with that one I should have!

I'm really keen to get hold of one of these with the Juliet connector. Please let me know if you see any for sale. I like the easy access to settings and not having to leave an LCD on the bike when unattended.

I've seen them on BMS Battery but they're a different connector. I also note that BMS says that "Can use with LCD and Buletooth at the same time."

Saw also something about building an own bluetooth module, check it out, but it seems to be incompatible with KT app and you have to use another app called "Fore-Rider"

I have one on my shopping list and will get it next season.

1. Wires between buttons and LCD cut and joined with an extension cable
2. Higo connectors are available to replace the connectors on the BMSbattery version
