Just installed a it controller and lcd3 . The battery only ever shows as 3 bars when charged and the onboard voltmeter shows 40.6v

Is there an option to calibrate this within the lcd3 settings?

As you've probably found out by now, you don't need to calibrate it. It will spring to correct after a minute or so. You can change that with the P5 setting. The lower the number, the faster it responds. If you set it too low, it'll go up and down with how much power you're using. Around 13 is about right for the setting if you want to use it as a fuel gauge.

If it stays showing the 3 bars when the battery is full, something is wrong.

Check that your battery is actually charging to 41.5v or more with a multi meter, if the lcd says 40.6v then it is usually correct and accurate. Charge your battery then measure the voltage with a meter also check the voltage output of the charger.
