It is a shame that the guy that took the photo, didn't take the time to try to speak to the owner.

I'm not into S-Pedelecs, but it still would have been an interesting resource of information for those that are.

It might be worth the agro, for peace of mind, if it were a well used speed pedelec used for road commuting. But for a regular pedelec pushbike's usage, is it worth the trouble for a bike that cannot be used as such on cycle lanes / paths etc? This ridiculous pic shouts "Look at me. I'm a moped!"

So you may as well be on one. Because you're certainly not on a bike anymore.
